EK Preparatory School | Emmaus Outreach
EK Preparatory School is a program operated by Emmaus Outreach, a registered non-profit organization. EK Preparatory School is not an accredited school, licensed educational institution, or tutoring service. Our program provides supplemental learning activities and resources available year-round to help children continue learning beyond the classroom.
This program is not a substitute for formal education, professional tutoring, or any licensed academic services. No representation is made that this program meets any state, local, or federal educational standards or requirements. Parents and guardians are solely responsible for ensuring their child’s educational needs are met through appropriate schools, tutors, or certified professionals.
Emmaus Kidz and EK Preparatory School make no guarantees, express or implied, regarding academic outcomes, grade improvement, educational progress, or the accuracy or completeness of any materials provided. All content and activities are offered on an “as-is” basis for supplemental enrichment purposes only.
By accessing or participating in any EK Preparatory School program, parents and guardians acknowledge and agree that EK Preparatory School is a voluntary, supplemental resource, that it does not create any student-teacher, client-professional, or institutional-enrollment relationship, and that parents and guardians assume full responsibility for their child’s educational decisions. Emmaus Kidz and EK Preparatory School, including its volunteers, staff, and affiliates, shall not be held liable for any claims, damages, or losses arising from participation in or reliance upon this program or its materials.
To ensure fairness, the EK Preparatory School reserves all rights to verify the age and current grade level of any enrolled student participant prior to awarding earned incentives. Incentives are normally remitted within (20) days after the completion of lessons as prescribed.
